20180816 Plenum

The Plenum is a regular meeting of all people involved with the space to talk about things, and decide stuff.

Preamble

• The Plenum is an institution to decide on what the space should look like, physically and in other ways, such as virtually.
• Things concerning the space should be discussed at a plenum.
• Everyone who's there can participate in that process, member or otherwise.
• Everyone can head a plenum, no need for board members to do that.
• Topics should ideally be announced on the Plenum wiki page beforehand
• The Plenum should be held in a language that everyone participating understands.

• Severin: Is prepairing another Lorawan workshop and is building insect hotels

• Martin: Reflashing his keyboard and reinstalling his notebook to make one key on his keyboard work
• Elias: Bought a 3D printer and doesn't know the differents between left and right in threads :)

• Paul (visitor): Is automating his Diabetis
• Iris (visitor): Knitting a bike bag
• Adrian: Is building an open source video cam with ther people and is therefore writing his own filesystem

Stuff from the past

• We now got a pinball machine which has one broken coil (still Ap1cs property and we're just storing it here)
• Build plate for the x350 has been bought
• We still need label writer stuff and Nico will buy 2-3 roles for our Dymo
• David will bring an extension cord

Consumables

We decided to create a wiki page for consumables that can be bought without a plenum.

Anything you don't feel comfortable within the space? What would you like to change or to be changed?

Is there anything that's bothering you?

• Toilet

Toilettes have been a bit messy and our neighbours asked as to keep things clean.

• Laser exhaust

The air from the laser is getting into the windows of Boheme and they asked if we can fix that.

We will buy some piping and extend it away from Boheme.

• Freifunk

Neo has some problems with our Wifi-users as they are rude and don't watch out for their trucks.

Also they have to clean up the street very often.

We'll try to move Freifunk closer to them buy installing a router at Halle6/Quishare which should solve the problem.

Visitors in the space

• It's ok to leave the space for a short period of time if there is somebody in the space that you know/trust
• It's NOT ok to hand over your key to somebody else
