Disclaimer online plenum
What are you currently working on?
Holding an online plenum is no new process and we will only do this do try it out during the time the space is closed.

Doing online plenums in the future needs plenum approval.
In case we decide to do online plenums in the future this acts as a proof of concept.

Let's say thank you to those who did some awesome stuff for the space since the last plenum

* German & Meier for cleaning up and thinning out the wood storage.
MiniJobs
* Robert for documenting the laser cabling and sorting & cleaning of the laser accessories box
If you want to be mentioned at the previous section as well, one of the easiest ways is to take one of our MiniJobs.
* Meier for repairing the left flipper on the pinball machine, robert & meier for fixing the power issues
This is a great way to participate in the Munich Maker Lab e.V. and contributing time helps keeping our space in a good shape.
* Meier & German for preparing the laser cube so awesome people can work on replacing the laser tube
You can find all information about the scope of the available jobs on MiniJobs.

Consumables addition
The following things have been proven very useful and should be added to the list of consumables.
* Abdeckpapier (one roll is about 31,50 € and lasts 6 month)
* Folie (25m for about 30€ as well, lasts over 6 month)
Both helps us to prevent that our workbenches are dirty/full with paint and glue. --C22 (talk) 12:30, 12 July 2021 (CEST)

Is there anything that's bothering you?

* The laser material storage shelf is a big pile of mess again. It would be great to introduce some kind of rule where we can cycle through the materials every 3 month and members need to actively take care of their materials.
My suggestion would be a similar system like the project shelf but allow storing for 3 month instead of 7 days. After 3 month if the sheets are not updated with a date, they get moved over to free 2 use. The free 2 use section gets cleaned out every couple month. Sorting through the materials without such a system is very time consuming - last time we did it, over 50 percent were not picked up by anyone anymore, which probably means that people forget about the materials they store there or they don't care about them.--C22 (talk) 12:30, 12 July 2021 (CEST)

Space Status & signs
Things for Newsletter, Social Media & Website News
The space status has been inactive since the beginning of the pandemic when we needed to close the space to non-members. Right now, we are open to the public again, so let's put it back into use. There are also still some signs around the lab that we're still closed even to members. Is there any reason we need to keep them up? If not we should remove them and try to be open again as before (until the next wave hits...) --Tiefpunkt (talk) 09:52, 20 July 2021 (CEST)
* David also suggested a while ago that the limit could be raised to 10. --C22 (talk) 11:53, 20 July 2021 (CEST)
* We should make sure that filling out the necessary paperwork is communicated properly so members of the space know what to do with guests. Or is that no longer necessary? --C22 (talk) 11:53, 20 July 2021 (CEST)
