Plenum
The Plenum is a regular meeting of all people involved with the space to talk about things and decide stuff.
If you have any topics to add, go right ahead! Please sign your points with your name (by adding a "--~~~~" after your text).
After the Plenum, please follow the tasks outlined in Cycling the Plenum to archive the discussion.
Preamble
- The Plenum is an institution to decide what the space should look like, physically and in other ways, such as virtually.
- Things concerning the space should be discussed at a plenum.
- Everyone on-site can participate in that process, member or otherwise.
- Everyone can lead a plenum; no need for board members to do that.
- Topics should ideally be announced on the Plenum wiki page beforehand.
- The Plenum should be held in a language that everyone participating understands.
- Scheduling: Second Thursday of the month at 8 pm and the last Sunday after the cleanup (which starts at 11 am)
- Plenums should be no longer than 90 minutes.
Next Plenum: Thursday, March 13 at 8 PM (skipped) Sunday, March 30 at 12pm

Projects & Groups update
This is a quick update from group meetings at our space, other long-term space projects (e.g., Lasercutter, CNC, etc.) or of the lab internal projects.
- The electricians informed us that there will be no electricity in the Lab on Tuesday, 18th March, from 7 AM to 4 PM.
- Reparation of the laser cutter is ongoing. A new laser controller unit has been ordered and should arrive next week. --Phier
Vorstand updates
Say Thank you
- Peter for buying new screws and Milian for sorting them into the drawers.
- Korbinian for holding the 3D scanning workshop.
- Milian for his welding introduction course
MiniJobs
If you want to be mentioned at the previous section as well, one of the easiest ways is to take one of our MiniJobs. This is a great way to participate in the Munich Maker Lab e.V. and contributing time helps keeping our space in a good shape. You can find all information about the scope of the available jobs on MiniJobs.

KreativLaborOpen
16. - 18. May How do we want to participate. Open workshop, courses, repair cafe. Who wants to coordinate?
=> Milian can coordinate; Invite will follow also in Slack.
- Official website: https://kreativlabor-open.de/
- Planning Wiki: Kreativquartier Open 2025
- Planning Slack channel: https://munichmakerlab.slack.com/archives/C08K1P5291S
Calender entry is also already added.
Rough idea: Kreativquartier open will take place from Friday evening to Sunday. I would hope that we can organize a mix of a station outside the lab with something like 3D Printing for Kids, some electronic/soldering Workshop inside, plus some tours every hours or something. Moreover it would be cool, when we do some kind of hanging out together to bring some life into the space, so that people work on some own (demo) projects and we do some barbecue and firepit in the evening.

Freifunk München Meetup
Freifunk Munich will held their next meetup in the space on the 9th of April starting at 7PM (Calender is updated). They had already 1-2 meetups in the Munich Makerlab due to lack of a good other meetup place and they would like to meet regularly in the Space. The "Vorstand" of Freifunk München plans to get in touch with our Vorstand to double check how it could be arranged. It would be probably also a good thing for us.
If someone is interested in Freifunk München check out their website https://ffmuc.net/ or join in our slack #freifunk. Our contact person Wulf can answer questions.

Sensor Update
I started to refresh our particle sensors in the workshop and lasercube, and I build already two more temperature and humidity sensors in the community area and the kitchen for better temperature tracking in addition to our sensors at the heating.
Work is still in progress to store the data properly, integrate it into home assistant and also update the space status page again with a nice dashboard. More details can be found here: Sensors
Unfortunately, one of the particle sensors seems to be buggy and needs a replacement. Moreover I would like to build also an addtional one outside of the lab, as we had it in the past. (Archive:Airrohr) Therefore I want to buy to more particle sensors. One as replacement and one to build a outside sensor and to participate in the https://sensor.community/en/ again. As far as I could find out, the old sensor does not exist anymore.
=> details in the thing to buy section.

Book shelve and Demo Shelf improvement
I would like to make the storage of books and magazines that we have a bit nicer. Addtionally, I also want to arrange the demo projects (e.g. 3D prints) at the entrance nicer and add some more life with lights, so that it's a nicer presentation for visitors.
So my idea: I want to buy/build a small bookshelf and place it behind the shelf with the empty bottle boxes, so between the two sofas next to the kitchen. It should have the maximum size of the metal shelf (maximum around 120cmx100cmx30cm). Then the magazines and books can be stored nicely next to the living room. The freed up space in the shelf next to the entry can then be used to arrange better the demo projects and we have also space to add some more.
Request for money is in the things to buy section. Lights etc. can be build up from old recycled stuff or I will request some money later.

Anything you don't feel comfortable with within the space? What would you like to change or to be changed?
- put the Private Workshop back on the calendar as a regular event.
The current workflow for putting the individual dates up in the calendar is quite prone to failure and causes stress on all ends. BotoxBitch - But will it Parkside (talk) 14:16, 15 March 2025 (UTC)

Request for online participation
If necessary, you can request to participate remotely (via jitsi). Please briefly describe why you want to participate remotely and what topic you want to discuss. (additionally to adding the topic on top!)
Request to participate remotely because i cant come into the lab personally on that date. I want to push forward on getting the Private Workshop back into our regular calendar. BotoxBitch - But will it Parkside (talk) 20:09, 26 March 2025 (UTC)
