How to work with our ticketing system if you are a course instructor:
- Get an account by asking Aaron
- Login to https://tickets.munichmakerlab.de/control and change your password
- Remind Aaron to add you to the course instructor group
- Kurstermin erstellen:
- navigate to https://tickets.munichmakerlab.de/control/event/mumalab/courses/subevents/ by either bookmarking this link or clicking on the top left menu, selecting Courses, and then Events (TODO screenshot)
- choose either one of the templates (recognizeable by filtering for inactive or by the fact that they start on Jan 1st 2030) or any other of the past and choose the copy button to create a single new date (TODO screenshot)
- The idea is that you only need to adapt the date (if Jan 1st 2030, it is better to type the date because the calender is useless) and make sure that it is set to active, then scoll all the way done and hit save
- congrats your done!
