Disclaimer online plenum

Holding an online plenum is no new process and we will only do this do try it out during the time the space is closed. Doing online plenums in the future needs plenum approval. In case we decide to do online plenums in the future this acts as a proof of concept.

Is there anything that's bothering you?

• The endured parking Situation is getting worse. The tesla is no longer constantly parking wich is great, but now Serdar is not only parking his private Car for prolonged times, but his Taxi he drives for work as well. Besides that the Tüftelei hasn't been moved in almost over a year.
  • Vertraglich haben wir keine Parkplätze gemietet.
  • Gentle-people-agreements untereinander der einzelnen Feuerwehrgebäudemieter
  • Bitte nicht die Tore zuparken, oder gegenseitig zuparken
  • German dokumentiert nochmal genauer wo man überall parken darf

• Users taking (somewhat important) tools (e.g. clamps) away from the lab without noting it on Stuff on a mission with no reaction to messages on slack :-( --C22 (talk) 12:26, 7 January 2022 (CET)
  • Klemmen sind wieder da, aber unklar wer sie mitgenommen hat
  • Persönliche Gespröhe funktionieren immer ganz gut
  • Evtuell haben wir zunehmend mehr Leute die nicht regelmäßig im Slack aktiv sind - Poster (A4) mit QR-Code & Link ins Wiki?

• People using the space as a coworking space without getting involved or contributing.
  • Nicht alle können sich aktiv engagieren (Plenum, etc.) - das ist schade, aber sollten wir vertragen können
  • "Schädliches" Verhalten (Küche nicht aufräumen nach Benutzung, etc) ist wiederum nicht ok, und ist im Zweifelsfall auch ein Grund um Leute aus dem Verein auszuschließen.
  • Appelieren an den gesunden Menschenverstand? Be excellent to each other!

Timeframe for the project pallet

I often run into the issue that I don't find enough time to work on projects that the 7 day time limit for stuff on the project pallet is simply too short. I'm wondering if I'm the only one, or if not whether we should discuss changing the limit to accommodate for more people's needs. --Tiefpunkt (talk) 22:51, 2 January 2022 (CET)

• Ansich klappt das Konzept ganz gut, nicht zu wenig Platz, aber auch nicht zu viel
• Bisher kein Fall in dem die Regeln hart enforced werden mussten
• Manche vergessen tatsächlich ihre Projekte nach 7+ Tagen - Reminder wirklich sinnvoll
• Wie lange sollte die Frist denn sein?
• Danke an alle, die sich um die Palette kümmern.

"The Future of the Lab" Workshop

I've finally gotten around to talk to David from OuiShare about the proposed "The Future of the Lab" Workshop. After a bit of conversation, we found 3 main goals for the workshop

1) Community wieder zusammenbringen und stärken, Gemeinschaftliche Beteiligung ins Bewusstsein rufen (ihr seid die die gestalten), Alte und Neue zusammenbringen

2) Klarheit gewinnen, wo stehen wir? Offene Werkstatt VS Community? Werkstatt als Anlaufpunkt VS Gesellschaftlicher Output generieren (für die Gemeinschaft)

3) Vision: Wo kann es in Zukunft hingehen?

There are a few other discussion points we had in mind, e.g. "What's the role of the board in our organisation?", but would also like to have space for other topics from all of us.

From the size and the amount of topics, we estimated that a workshop would take roughly a day. That means we should probably do it on a weekend. I'll setup a doodle or something similar if we decide to go through with this.

Costwise, we're looking at 800-1000€ for an entire workshop day. If we're faster, it'll be less. And ideally, we should try to have it in person.

Do we want to continue with this "project"?
