Whats new?
- Network & Internet Severin
- There will be a LAN cable from the distribution point to the new space
- Nothing new besides that
- Electricity Nico
- Demand has been collected from all leads.
- We will not fulfil that to a 100% because it's just overkill.
- 2 x CEE red
- ~8 x Normal power sockets
- 1 x CEE blue for our outdoor socket
- RecyclingCenter David

- Storage Paul
- No news
- Gaming&Relax AdrianM
- Fusion 360 document has been created - Still some discussion needed - https://a360.co/2NLdjmU
- Electronics Paul and German
- Still work in progress - Laser and 3D-printing room need to be finalised first to know the actual size.
- Workshop Bernhard
- Bernhard wasn't there.
- Nico invested some brainpower and found three possible ways for the walls:
- Possible to walk on ~1300€ without insulation
- First half where the gate is is not walkable, the rest is ~850€ without insulation
- Completely not walkable ~500 without insulation
- We decided that getting up there is a hassle, what if something happens, ... so we want the cheapest solution with insulation. That way we can also recycle our current walls.
- Lasercutter Bernhard
- Bernhard wasn't there.
- Nico made a plan how to build the room so you can get up there and store laser or 3D-Print material ~600€
- 3D-Printing AdrianM
- Basic plan is done, see Fusion document. Details will follow.
- Kitchen PeterM + Theresa
- Will be planned the next week
- Community Annika
- Seems like we need new desks as Annika suggested to have 4-5 with the same dimensions - She will have a look how much that'll cost.
- There are two options regardint the Pit:
- 1. We will remove the steel frame and have the whole floor on the same level
- - You can't stand in the Pit
- - The floor won't be perfectly even
- + No steps in the community area
- + It's easy to use the pit with a car
- + Cheap
- 2. Very big platform that will span from the wall to the workshop, from the Laser-Cube to the front of the Pit (close to the gate)
- + It's easier to use the pit as a storage area as you can nearly stand but it's still a bit to small to full stand
- + We don't need to remove the steel frame
- + Floor can be made flat
- - There will be several steps when crossing the space
- - Accessing the workshop might mean you have to take a step
- - You can't bring palettes in/out of the workshop into the rest of the space
- - A lot of work and money needed
- Annike is sending Nico the size of the planned platform so he can do some calculations on the wood that's needed
- Rest will be planned once electronic corner and kitchen have be planned
- Door David
- No news
Worklog since last meeting
- Lights and aluminium rails in the pit have been removed
- The concrete around the left metal grid in the floor was completely ruined - has been fixed with new concrete
- New 50W LED floodlight has been installed in the front of the gates
- Two of the floodlights in the parking lot are now controlled by a twilight switch
- All holes in the walls have been filled with plaster and sanded down
- Unneeded air duct in the pit has been removed
- Pit has been cleaned a little
Open Decisions
- Do we want the brick wall with plaster (verputzt) or as is and just painted white?
- If we want it with plaster let's ask the company who built the wall if they can leave the construction scaffolding another week
- If we can keep the scaffolding we will do the plastering
- We have an offer from a graffiti artist who only wants money for the spray cans - do we want something?
- Jan wanted to show some examples in the Plenum and we would like to know how much that might cost us. But idea is nice!
ToDos
- Clarify if we can remove the concrete block in front of the pit and the door - David
- David will discuss this with MGH next week
- Clarify if we can remove the steel edge on the pit - David
- David will discuss this with MGH next week
- Plan on what to do with the ramp in the back of the space
- We will mostly will it with gravel, place a sturdy foil on top and pour concrete on top
- Nico will look at how much gravel, concrete and reinforcement (Armierung) we need
- Nico found a foil in the space we can use
- Nico will look into ways of transporting that much stuff (like renting a trailer)
- Nico has the basic tools we need
- Fix all holes and damaged places in the inside walls (outside would be an addition achievement!)
- Will be done when we do the plastering of the brick wall
- Isolate all holes to the outside, like around the gates, with PU-Foam without damaging the gates (We bought PU-Foam and it's in the new space)
- Do something with the brick wall
- Depends on the scaffolding
- Replace metal grids with something closed
- Best shot seems to be two layers of OSB 22mm + 18mm to get 40mm - There are 40mm sheets but 22 and 18 are readily available and cheap
- Paint the inside walls up to the cable canal once they have been prepared
- Install power cables and connect them (two tasks)
- Install Network cabling
