10.2025: Voltage Regulator did not work anymore
=> We wrote the support and they said we should open the devices and check the connectors. The connectors between voltage regulator and main pcb have been a bit loose, even not visible. If it happens again we should use some "Kontaktspray" to remove any oxidation.
