The Plenum is a regular meeting of all people involved with the space to talk about things, and decide stuff.

Topics for the next Plenum

Preamble

• The Plenum is an institution to decide on what the space should look like, physically and in other ways.
• All things concerning the space should be discussed at a plenum, if possible.
• Everyone who's there can participate in that process, member or otherwise.
• Everyone can head a plenum, no need for board members to do that.
• Topics should ideally be announced on the Plenum wiki page beforehand
• The Plenum should be held in a language that everyone participating understands.

Workshops

Flowdock Replacement

We are running on the flowdock user limit soon (discussed a while back). Do we want to move to Slack? (Let's briefly discuss features, hosting, timing) --Siedi (talk) 21:02, 1 October 2017 (CEST)

Refinishing the workbench in the workshop

The top of the workbench in our workshop doesn't look super great. We should sand it down, and put some finishing stuff on it to make it look better and make it stay that way. Who has a proper sander to do this with? And what would be the ideal stuff to finish it with? Oil? Polyurethane? Anything else? --Tiefpunkt (talk) 12:51, 30 September 2017 (CEST)
