• Jan: Lamp that's flashing when it's too loud
• Adrian: Subreddit for the lab and figures out how it works. Embed it to our website.
• Berni: 3D Printing, Disco lights.
• Alex: LED Globe
• APic: Is from the ccc and wants to find a space for his two pinball machines
• Peter: Financial stuff
• Rene: Tries to loose weight (with food in his hand) and he's working on his CarPC
• Christian: Woodworking - small cupboard
• Liz: Is a designer and wants to build different Alexa enabled yoyos with neopixels. Also wants to visualise data like the weather with Alexa enabled lamps
• Nico: Buying cars and investing money so no hacking at the moment
• David: Is converting an old RC remote to a PC interface, also built a stand for his hammock.

Say Thank you

Let's say thank you to those who did some awesome stuff for the space since the last plenum

Stuff from the past

What was discussed at the last Plenum? What's the current status of those things? 20180408_Plenum

• There were only four people at the last plenum and people complained that people are not returning tools they use.
• Welding stuff has been bought.

Anything you don't feel comfortable within the space? What would you like to change or to be changed?

Is there anything that's bothering you?

• It's hot in the space already - we might want to build a big fan in one of the windows in the back?!

Updates on our Lease

We got a lease, currently until end of this year. And the city is still working on the conversion of our space. --David (talk) 20:56, 17 April 2018 (CEST)

Laser Cutter "Room"

Let's think about the arrangement of the rooms on the back of our space. My suggestion is to turn the storage boxes right of Cutter and move them directly to the cutter. With this change we don't need as much space in the lasercutter "room" (opening the doors of the storage boxes) and get some more space to use in the right corner. --David (talk) 12:56, 18 April 2018 (CEST)

Arduino Day 2018

Arduino Day 2018 is Saturday, May 12th! What do we want to do in the Space? BBQ and Arduino-releated stuff!? Severin set up a wiki page collecting ideas (Arduino_Day); who's interested in participating, giving a lightning talk or workshop, or doing a short presentation about your last Arduino project? --David (talk) 20:56, 17 April 2018 (CEST)

• Liz suggested to do a Arduino genius bar where people can bring their projects
• Liz also offered to do a workshop on how to get started with ESP but she's not much of a C-Programmer
• We need a BBQ!

Twilight Zone flipper from MuCCC

Apic: "Nachdem der µCCC leider beschlossen hat, sich von meinem Flipperautomaten „Twilight Zone“ zu trennen, wollte ich fragen, ob Ihr in Eurem Makerspace Platz und Interesse hättet, den bei Euch aufzunehmen. Es ist noch alles intakt, bis auf den rechten unteren Flipperfinger. Der ist etwas schwach. Liegt wohl entweder an der Feder, oder an der Spule. Außerdem hab ich im Hause meiner Mutter in Neufahrn bei Freising noch einen Flipperautomaten „Theatre of Magic“ stehen. Das Haus wird bald verkauft, auch dieser Flipper sucht also ein neues Zuhause. Da ist allerdings das Dot-Matrix-Display b0rk."

• Twilight Zone: It's got a slot for 50Cent coins. Right flipper arm is pretty weak, might be the coil. Soundchip is starting to fail.
• Theater of Magic: The second flipper is at his parents house in Neufarn near Freising. It doesn't accept Euro coins and the VFD is failing but a new one costs 300€ - might only be the heating which should be fixable.

No objections, two abstentions. Jan and Apic will discuss this further and take care of it.

Storage boxes

• How the accounting works

Payment is not a donation but instead it's a payment and can't be entitled to a tax allowance.

• What to do with boxes that are not being paid

If people don't pay for three month and don't react to tree notices we'll clear out the box and put everything in free to use.

• David suggested to do something like "Build your own box and get the first x month for free"

Cecil added that you get two months for a whole box but you can split that and build a box with two people so everyone get's one month - no objections.

News: Kreativquartier

• On Wednesday we had around 60 TU students visiting our space to check out what we're doing here. They are working on a university project, how to develop and transform the Kreativquartier in the next years 
• There's a exhibition about the Kreativquartier in the IMAL (19.4. to 24.4.18 / Mon–Fri 17.00–20.00 / Sat&Sun 14.00–20.00): Kunstareal statt WaffenSchmiede: Das Kreativquartier im Wandel: Vergangenheit / Gegenwart / Zukunft.
