• Makerfair Bodensee findet statt, wir fahren hin

Eigener Hackathon?

Chaos

Some parts of space are quite messy again. Thinking about the area in front of our door, or the member shelves in particular, but there's also some more generic chaos going on. Let's talk about how to handle this, what we can change, and how we make sure it doesn't get all messy right again. --Tiefpunkt (talk) 11:16, 8 June 2016 (CEST)

• Ecke vor der Tür: X400 bleibt da stehen, kommt in den Keller. Simons Tisch sollte geräumt werden.
• Mitgliederregale: Nur noch eine Kiste pro Person. Kistenplätze sind nicht übertragbar.
• Aufräumen: Einstimmung beschlossen, dass regelmäßig ein Aufräum- und Plenumstermin stattfindet. An jedem 2. Sonntag jeden 2. Monat
• Zeug vom Tisch Kiste: jeden Donnerstag vor dem Mitgliedertreffen wird rotiert. Der erste Eintreffende führt die Rotation durch und erntet all den Ruhm. Kisteninhalt wird fotografiert und is Flowdock geworfen. Die Boxen sind nicht für Müll oder Werkzeuge vom Space gedacht. Beides gehört an den darüf designierten Platz.

I'm getting really annoyed with the topic "chaos @mumaland". Parts is due to the repetitive nature of the topic (we talk about it almost every Plenum since incorporation), parts due to the way people complain. Biohacking

We've received a few requests from people wanting to explore the world of BioHacking. And while a lot of that requires a complicated laboratory and stuff, as we learned from Marc (his talk), there's also quite a bit that you can do without it. Hedo-Hackerspace

As some of you might know, I organized a temporary hackerspace at the world congress of the hedonist international. It was a great success, so they invited me to do it again. Wurde auf letzten Plenum schon angesprochen, bisher noch nichts passiert. Nicht Zeitkritisch, frühester Einsatz erst auf Herbst-Streetlife. Space unterstützt mit Geld für Anschaffungen, Führung der Planungsgruppe erfolgt durch Heiko

Dokumentation der Projekte

We have a lot of Projects that have been started but no one knows the current status of them. We should make a list of projects and devices that are floating around in the space and document them. status, people involved, timeline, ... Probably we need a better index of them as well. JanS

JanS wünscht sich mehr Dokumentation. Es sollte jedes Projekt dokumentiert werden, das nicht in einer Box ist. Mindestens Aufkleber, vorzugsweise Wiki-Eintrag. Mehr dokumentieren im Wiki!

Auch der Index sollte optimiert werden, dass man besser sieht was im flow ist, wie oft aktualisiert wird, abgeschlossen sind, ... das man auch besser Karteileichen finden und wiederbeleben kann.

Simon ist freundlichst angehalten, seinen Platz zu räumen. Rechner sollten etwas detaillierter Dokumentiert werden => Jan
