Projects & Groups update
This is a quick update from group meetings at our space or other long-term space projects (e.g., Lasercutter, CNC, etc.)
- Pondering on the possibility of a firmware upgrade for our two prusa minis at the lab.
It seems that the prevoiusly 5.1.0 alpha firmware for the prusa mini has become the stable 5.1.2 Version (Hurray!) With Input Shaper and Pressure Advance that sould achieve better print quality at sometimes double the speed. I think an experimental upgrade for one of our minis could be tried out and if it works good enough we can then proceed to switch both printer's firmware to the newest version. For people prototyping here an speed and quality upgrade should be pretty nice to have :D --Spacezhang (talk) 20:15, 23 February 2024 (CET)
- Upgrading one of them and documenting which one it was: Approved by everyone
Vorstand updates
nothing new
Say Thank you
- everyone that helped with the cleanup
- everyone who held courses
- Peter for ordering hand router replacement parts
MiniJobs
If you want to be mentioned at the previous section as well, one of the easiest ways is to take one of our MiniJobs. This is a great way to participate in the Munich Maker Lab e.V. and contributing time helps keeping our space in a good shape. You can find all information about the scope of the available jobs on MiniJobs.

Things to Buy
- The light in the workshop degraded a lot and is very dim. The LED tubes also start breaking now (one flickering, taken out) and others only half working.
