| Our neighbors Home of Making e.V., Bürogemeinschaft Alte Feuerwehr and the people from the Schwere Reiter Lager are having a small summer party in the yard on the 9th of Juli. They will need the parking space in front of the space from the night before until the day after, there will be alternative parking available. There should be no impact on the usage of the space during the party. Munich Maker Lab will be invited, link to registration will be shared in the coming weeks.

| * HoM has access to info-beamer licenses. I would like to switch out the banana pi at the gate with a raspi to have a working setup at the front door and put info-beamer on it. The licenses don't cost us money, we just need to pay for the raspi. | * It seems like we don't have a small stepladder in the Lab. Getting things high up is pretty hard unless you habe very long arms. The Plenum is a regular meeting of all people involved with the space to talk about things, and decide stuff.
If you have stuff to add, go right ahead! Please sign your points with your name (by adding a "--~~~~" after your text).
Preamble
- The Plenum is an institution to decide on what the space should look like, physically and in other ways, such as virtually.
- Things concerning the space should be discussed at a plenum.
- Everyone who's there can participate in that process, member or otherwise.
- Everyone can head a plenum, no need for board members to do that.
- Topics should ideally be announced on the Plenum wiki page beforehand
- The Plenum should be held in a language that everyone participating understands.
- Scheduling: second Thursday of the month at 8pm and last Sunday after the cleanup (which starts at 11am)
