So we want to do an Opening party in the near future…
Adrian will run the organisation. If you have ideas/requests, talk to me.

Grand opening party will be on 3rd of July 2015
starting at ~ 5pm
What are we going to do?
- BBQ outside
- Should be okay with Tasso. We should invite him
- Interesting stuff inside
- Workshops?
- Talks?
- Showing off stuff?
Things we need
(Please write down your name next to what you can bring)
- A grill (we can get 1..n grills from Tasso)
- Coal (Jorgen: 10kg)
- Meat (Everyone should bring their own)
- Sausages (see "Meat")
- Sauces (Jörg: Mustard, Ketchup, different Sauces, Garlic Butter; Jorgen: awesome Barbecue Sauce + Garlic Sauce) (Ricardo: some pepper and bbq temper)
