What do we want to do in the space? Any particular areas, we want to focus on? This can of course be physical areas in the space, but also things that spread throughout the entire space, as more of an idea instead of a physically restrained area. Things can be portable, like the photo studio, or have their own area in the space, like the electronics lab.
