There is a lot of bulky stuff in the space and we'd like to get rid of that.
In 20180517 Plenum it was decided that if we know the owner we'll contact him/her three times and we wait at least three weeks and if there is no response it will be free to use or thrown away.
- Label stuff & put on the list
- Initial notification on slack & mailing list
- Plenum, Email to discuss@, Slack are appropriate ways to contact people initially

- When in doubt add items to this list and we'll discuss in Plenum if it's abandonded we'll add it to the list
