Is there anything that's bothering you?

• Someone replaced the hose of the shop vacuum. The crusty old one was installed, and the "new" one was put in a box. The "new" one was damaged.

Every member should notify stuff that breaks in slack and not just silently implement a "fix"

• The tables in the community area are dirty with nasty glue residue. Please use the Workshop for this kind of work and clean up after yourself.
• 2 days ago there was film shooting outdoor. A space member gave the (large) film crew access to the toiletts without talking to alte feuerwehr. The neighbours were not very happy.

To all: If you hand out any stuff or give people access to facilities, you should be present at all times and clearly communicate that this is your responsibility. Make clear that visitors don't get the impression that they get free unlimited access and it is for granted.

Model building workshop (Das große kleine Haus)

Das große kleine Haus, a cooperative (Genossenschaft), building on the Kreativquartier, wants to do a model building workshop as the did a few years ago. As their proposed date (28.07, 6PM) collides with our open thursday meetup, I asked for an alternative date. So let's decide on this one, if we get a timely reply.

Generally we support this kind of workshop, but thursady is not an option for this format. Also for a date we need to find someone from the space to accompany the workshop

City Council Member visit

On 28.7. some city council member may visit the space between 5pm and 6pm. --Meier (talk) 10:06, 14 July 2022 (CEST)
