  • David for ordering new drinks
  • German, Nico and Andreas for driving to the hardware store a bunch of times
  • Andreas for getting a concrete mixer to our new space
  • Everyone else we've forgotten
  • Severin, German and Christoph for clearing a path for our new infrastructure

Stuff from the past

What was discussed at the last Plenum? What's the current status of those things? 20191114 Plenum

  • Nothing new regarding Werkbox3
  • Tools are missing but we decided to order boxes for a better organisation - group order ends tomorrow
  • Somebody needs to plan the christmas party on the 5th of december, but it's definitely going to happen
  • We now have a metal band saw
  • The doorlock we have fits the new door so we don't need to spend another 300-800€

Anything you don't feel comfortable within the space? What would you like to change or to be changed?

Is there anything that's bothering you?

  • Alex CNC - Space for the machine was approved but it now uses 2m of additional desk space for a multi monitor PC, a lot of our tools are lying around, 4square meters of floor are covered in metal scrap, ...
=> Bernhad will talk it out with Alex
  • Threatment of private tools - People are bringing their private tools so please threat them carefully
  • Always the same few people helping at the move

The new space

  • So far we've officially spent 900€ on the move
  • The wood and metal workshop started moving to the new space
  • We've got a signed rent contract now
  • David is trying to get us registered as a "culturally worthwhile" rent party which would possibly help us with stuff like rent cuts

Things to Buy

Things to buy for projects related to the space.

  • 60€ for a power supply station for for the soldering station => approved
  • 120€ for a network cabinet => approved
  • 100€ for backbords for the new kitchen => approved

Decision about the pit and a platform

There are two ideas about the Pit:

   * Build a platform above the pit which will raise the ceiling down there
** A LOT of work and it will cost about 1000€
** More space in the middle of the pit so you can walk down there
** An even floor in the main community area
** We can route cables underneath the floor
** Will limit our ability to move pallets around
   * Remove the metal border around the pit and make it more or less even
   ** Easy to do
   ** Cheap
** Space should be enough down there

Both have advantages. Let's decide. For extremely tall or dissabled people we can also have space for a few boxes in the main space. We'll not build a platform. If the city decides that we absolutely can't remove the metal ridge we'll redecide.
