Preamble

  • The Plenum is an institution to decide on what the space should look like, physically and in other ways.
  • All things concerning the space should be discussed at a plenum, if possible.
  • Everyone who's there can participate in that process, member or otherwise.
  • Everyone can head a plenum, no need for board members to do that.
  • Topics should ideally be announced on the Plenum wiki page beforehand
  • The Plenum should be held in a language that everyone participating understands.

Laser Log

The Laser cutting system is very often not working. However, this is due to rather minor issues which can be fixed easily once diagnosed correctly. It would be beneficial to have a Logbook for documenting the failures of the Laser cutting system. A simple plain paper book would do the job. Therein, people can note down the date, the error indication, the last user, and so on. This would not only help identifying the (same) errors more easily, but also generate an entire picture about the issues with the laser cutting system. Based on this, modifications to improve the Laser cutting system could be planned for the future. I prefer the plain paper logbook over any wiki page because it is more convenient to use. --Eax (talk) 21:39, 8 October 2017 (CEST)

Waste

  • We have to find a solution regarding our waste, especially what happens when it's full.
  • Please fold your boxes so the don't take up that much space and separate your waste into the right bins
  • Maybe it's also possible to reduce the amount of waste you bring to the space, or take it to the containers on your way home.

Es sind immer wieder Geräte kaputt, aber nicht allen klar, dass sie kaputt sind (Lasercutter, 3D Drucker). -- Matthias

3D Drucker

  • Haben jetzt wieder ein paar funktionstüchtige (X350, X400, Printrbot, Ultimaker ist noch in der Mache)
  • Gibts noch mehr Bedarf?
  • Angebote gibt es viele, aktuell brauchen wir eigentlich keine (es sollten die vorhandenen liebr gut gepflegt werden)
