So we want to do an Opening party in the near future…

Grand opening party will be on 3rd of July 2015

starting at ~ 5pm

What are we going to do?

• BBQ outside
  • Should be okay with Tasso. We should invite him

• Interesting stuff inside
  • Workshops?
  • Talks?
  • Showing off stuff?

Things we need

• A grill (we can get 1..n grills from Tasso)
• Coal (Jorgen: 10kg)
• Meat (Everyone should bring their own)
• Sausages (see "Meat")
• Sauces (Jörg: Mustard, Ketchup, different Sauces, Garlic Butter; Jorgen: awesome Barbecue Sauce + Garlic Sauce) (Ricardo: some pepper and bbq temper)
• Bread/Baguette (Jörg)
• Salads and other side dishes
  • Sandra: Garlic-Butter, Green Salad, do we need Veggi-Stuff?
  • Ricardo: i'll try to get a quiche
  • Kartoffelsalat (Adrian's mom)
  • Jörg: Corn Cob
  • Severin: Nudelsalat, Kräuterquark

• Paper plates, plastic cutlery (Plastikbesteck) (Jörg 100 Plates; Jorgen: 100 forks, 100 knifes, a few plates and 50 soup bowl)
