From the plenum on January 19th 2017

The new space and the build-up require a lot of money. There are some ideas, e.g.

• Apply for the Förderung der Stadt München "Münchener Kindl"
• Talk to all Baumarktketten (for sponsored material) and other big companies (IKEA for furniture)
• Make some PR on our relocation and ask for donations (PR is cheap advertisement)

Is this approach OK with the Plenum?

We also might some presentation and data about the club (e.g. percentage of youth, foreigner, achievements) - is this ok to publish?

Finanzierung Muenchner Kindl: 6 Wochen, konkrete Plaene / Angebote vorlegen (Sachkosten) Matthias kuemmert sich um Kontakt dahin.

Versuchen, in einen Presseverteiler reinzukommen mit einer Pressemitteilung wg. Umzug und Spendenaufruf. Severin hat Kontakte, die hauptberuflich sowas machen und beim Schreiben helfen koennen. Ausserdem kurze Vorstellung zum Space erstellen mit Kenndaten (Teilnahme an folgenden Hackathons, so sieht die Mitgliederstruktur aus ...)

Div. Sponsoring Ideen: Osram, Ikea, Baumaerkte. Frage: wollen wir ueberhaupt Sponsoring? und was kriegen die Sponsoren davon - Schild am Eingang, "Material gesponsert von XY", oder Mentions bei Instagramm? Diskussion was man den Sponsoren anbieten kann und will. Generell keine grossen Einwaende, Entscheidung von Fall zu Fall. Sowas wie ein bischen social media mentions geht immer.

Wer Kontakte hat, kann ja mal schauen was geht. JanS hat schon ein paar leads.

ToDo

ToDos will be created in Trello and assigned to people

• S1: Set up a letter for press distribution lists (Severin)
• S2: Create statistics about our member structure (ages, expats, achievements, ...) if we can publish it (Peter?)
• S3: Create a presentation or something similar to introduce people to the space
• S4: Apply to the "Förderverein" called "Münchener Kindl" (Matthias)

• Conrad?
