One person's trash is another person's treasure. In Berlin, there is an organization that gathers thrown away material from building sites, theaters, companies, etc. and helps distribute it to makers, artists and other creative people. They call themselves Material Mafia. Let's start something similar in Munich. I'm sure there are enough creative spaces and people who could benefit from such a service.
